When you can get your money back, and how to ask.
The free plan is the trial. It allows up to 3 projects and the free templates, with no time limit and no card required, so you can see whether dogamotion suits you before subscribing.
If you subscribe to Pro and change your mind, tell us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
This applies to your first payment on a new subscription. Renewals are covered below.
Renewals are not automatically refundable, because you will have had the plan for the period they cover. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged again.
If a renewal caught you by surprise — you had not used Pro in that period and tell us shortly after the charge — contact us. We would rather sort it out than keep money for something unused.
If a Pro feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, we will refund the period affected, whatever the 14 days say.
Write to the support address on our contact page from the email address on the account, saying which payment you mean. We aim to reply within two working days.
Approved refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal usually takes a few working days to complete it.
You can cancel from your billing page, or directly in PayPal where the subscription lives. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Pro until the period you have already paid for ends, and your projects stay on the free plan afterwards.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. If local law gives you a longer cancellation window, that applies.
