Terms of Service

dogamotion is a browser-based tool for turning a design into a short animation. You upload an image, choose a template, adjust its parameters, and the result is saved to your account.

The service is in beta. Features may change, and some described as coming soon may arrive later than expected or not at all.

You need an account to save work. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person, one account.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you make with it. We claim no rights over your designs or your finished animations.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, process them so they can be displayed back to you, and serve them to your own browser. Nothing is published, shared, or shown to anyone else.

Only upload what you have the right to upload. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

The free plan allows up to 3 projects and the free templates, with no time limit and no card required.

Pro is a recurring subscription billed through PayPal, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period you have already paid for ends, after which the account returns to the free plan.

Prices may change. If they do, the change applies from your next renewal, and you will be told before it takes effect.

Do not attempt to break, overload, or work around the limits of the service, access accounts that are not yours, or resell access to it. Automated bulk use is not permitted.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

We aim to keep dogamotion running, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw features.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take care with your data, but you should not treat dogamotion as your only copy of it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost work, profit, or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

You can stop using dogamotion at any time. Deleting your account removes your projects and uploaded files from our systems; backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
